The IVCC Men's Soccer Team has signed Streator High School graduate, Blake Rowe to a national letter of intent. Coach Cottingim says, "Blake is a Goal Keeper that only allowed 27 goals against, had a 1.26 goals against average, and had 9 shutouts his senior year."
