The IVCC Men's Tennis Team had to make a temporary change for this season, and the competition has gotten tougher.  The D-III Men's and Women's National Championships were cancelled this year due to low participation and other issues at a national level.  Therefore, the D-III Men's teams were given the opportunity to compete at the D-I level.  For IVCC, this means that they must now play all of D-I teams within the region, and will participate in the D-I Regional Tournament in order to try to advance to the National Tournament.  Head Coach, Julie Milota states "I am very happy that the Men's Tennis Team has this opportunity since their season got cancelled last year.  I am also excited to see how our team competes with the D-I teams within the region."  The team opened their season with matches against McHenry and Waubonsee.
