The IVCC Softball Team will host its annual softball clinic. The clinic will be held Saturday, February 17 & Sunday, February 18 at the IVCC Gym. It will be broken up into 2 sessions each day. On Saturday, participants that are in grades 2-4 will come from 8am-10:30am, and participants that are in grades 5-8 will come from 11:30am-2pm. On Sunday, participants that are in grades 2-4 will come from 10am-12:30pm, and participants that are in grades 5-8 will come from 1:30pm-4pm.
Participants should bring:
*Glove
*Tennis Shoes
*Bat (optional)
*Helmet (optional)
The clinic will cover the areas of hitting/bunting, fielding, throwing, baserunning, communication, and other softball skills. It will be led by Head Coach Cory Tomasson, Assistant Coach Scott Shirley, and the current IVCC Softball Team Members.
The cost of the clinic is $40. If a participant can only make 1 day, the cost is $25. Each participant will receive a clinic t-shirt.
