Illinois Valley Community College's softball team hosted the 25th annual IVCC Eagles Softball Clinic Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 15 and 16 in the IVCC gym.
This year the team hosted 136 participants over the 2 days. Two different sessions were offered each day with 2nd-4th graders in the first session and 5th-8th graders in the second session.
IVCC Head Coach Cory Tomasson says, "This event just continues to grow and we couldn't be happier about this year's turn-out. Our players and coaches absolutely love this weekend becasue it gives us the opportunity to teach skills to developing softball players. Honestly, many of these young ladies are pretty advanced in their skill set. We truly appreciate the parents allowing us the chance to work with their kids"
