IVCC WOMEN'S SOCCER SHOWING HEART

The IVCC Women's Soccer Team's record does not reflect the effort and dedication that they have put forth this year.  On Wednesday, the team played with 11 players against Morton College.  Although the team has 14 players on the roster, injuries, illnesses, and conflicts have caused the team to play short-handed for most of their games this year.  Coach Stuart says, "Soccer is a gruling game that consists of 2- 45 minute halfs.  There is constant running and effort.  Playing with 11 players makes it difficult because players do not get a break.  I couldn't be more proud of the way our players are competing every game.  Hopefully, we will get a few players back and can win a few more games this season."  The Eagles have 4 more games on their schedule before playoffs.
